Sober at Home has a variety of programs to meet the needs of virtually any individual seeking help and support for problems with substances.
Whether you are new to recovery or have weeks, months, or even years in recovery, Sober at Home offers groups to support and encourage you in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

Our Subscription Options
Free option – sign up to receive our daily affirmations, and you can attend one of our bi-weekly Question and Answer sessions to learn more about Sober at Home and the services we provide.
Introduction option – you can see a glimpse into our open groups for a nominal fee. These groups are offered at all times throughout the day and evening, so you can choose times that are convenient for your schedule. Also included is a sample of our workbook exercises and videos.
We are confident that once you see the comprehensive Sober at Home approach you will be ready to commit to the most appropriate phase of care to meet your needs. Sober at Home will recommend the program/phase that most closely matches you with other members.
Early Recovery (Phase 1) – for those new to recovery. Subscribers of this option will participate in a closed group program with others who are also new to recovery.
If you have more sobriety under your belt, you will participate in closed groups with others who are at a similar place in their recovery in Supported Recovery (Phase 2) or Sustained Recovery (Phase 3). Closed groups not only offer you the opportunity to work on your challenges, but also provide the opportunity to bond, connect, and progress through the program with the same members throughout the entire phase. You may choose to step down from one phase to the next.
Living in Recovery – subscription is the final option for those truly living in recovery. This allows members continued access to open group support as well as the complete Sober at Home workbook.
NOTE: Sober at Home is not a replacement for medical care. If you require medical detoxification, please seek help for a safe medical detoxification program. Sober at Home will be there for you once you have completed detox.
