Marc Gerber received his Bachelor’s degree from Iona University, majoring in Accounting. Since graduating 30 years ago, he has worked in Accounting, Real Estate, and Coaching.
He started his career in auditing at Arthur Anderson, where he earned his CPA license and later became Assistant Controller for a small public company.
Marc retired from corporate accounting and switched paths to focus on Real Estate sales and development, where he achieved National recognition for being in the top 5% of sales agents nationally within the company.
While developing his second career in Real Estate he was able to carve out time to coach sports in the local schools, where he did so for over 25 years. After retiring from the schools, he reignited his coaching career at Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate, where he continues to train and mentor the new agents at the company today.
In his Real Estate career, he has been President and managing partner of numerous successful Real Estate development companies and is excited to add the role as CFO at Sober at Home to his professional accomplishments.
