Lisa received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Kansas with emphasis on addiction and trauma.
She has over 15 years of experience working with adults, families, and individuals as an agent of support and guidance for those struggling with addiction and/or trauma. Her professional life includes a commitment to serving the needs of adults and families, both in the military and in the private sector as a Social Worker.
Lisa started her career as an Addiction Counselor in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. She represented individuals in the Kansas Court System for the Rights Division of Drug Court. She advocated and represented the myriad of needs of clients brought to Drug Court on abuse, neglect, and/or mental health needs. This is where she cultivated her passion for advocacy and social justice.
In addition to a holistic, clinical expertise, she has a background in art, business and communication. She enjoys teaching people how to ignite their innate creative abilities to reveal their own intuitive wisdom.
