Phase 2 – Supported Recovery

For those who have between 30 and 60 days clean and sober, Supported Recovery/Phase 2 provides the right balance of support, information and encouragement to keep moving forward towards sustained recovery.

The Sober at Home Supported Recovery/Phase 2 program offers a service that is largely unavailable anywhere else. The program lasts for five weeks, and is designed to help clients break through walls and is geared toward those with a more sustained period of sobriety.

By subscribing to Phase 2, you will receive:

  • Daily Affirmations
  • Recovery Exercises
  • Open Groups: 4/week
  • Close Groups: 2/week
  • Weeks of Support: 5 weeks

 

Phase 3 – Sustained Recovery

Sustained Recovery/Phase 3 is considered a maintenance phase. People who have between 60 days and 6 months clean will benefit from the deeper exploration and discussion around long-term recovery.

For those who have already overcome the urges, cravings, and temptations in earlier stages of recovery, the Sustained Recovery/Phase 3 not only explores questions concerning why they chose to use in the first place, but this phase is also geared to help individuals with the question “I’m sober. Now what?”

  • Weeks of Support: 8 weeks
