Phase 1 – Early Recovery

For people in the beginning stages of seeking help to get sober, the Early Recovery Program offers the greatest amount of support. Subscribers who utilize all of the tools available in the Sober at Home Early Recovery package place themselves in the greatest position to be successful.

By attending groups up to 7 days a week, and utilizing the extensive recovery workbook for self-reflection, you begin the process of changing unhealthy behaviors and open the door to a new life.

By subscribing to Phase 1, you will receive:

  • Daily Affirmations
  • Recovery Exercises
  • Open Groups: 4/week
  • Close Groups: 3/week
  • Weeks of Support: 5 weeks


Phase 2 – Supported Recovery

For those who have between 30 and 60 days clean and sober, Supported Recovery/Phase 2 provides the right balance of support, information and encouragement to keep moving forward towards sustained recovery.

The Sober at Home Supported Recovery/Phase 2 program offers a service that is largely unavailable anywhere else. The program lasts for five weeks, and is designed to help clients break through walls that typically emerge once they get past the early recovery stage.

By subscribing to Phase 2, you will receive:

  • Daily Affirmations
  • Recovery Exercises
  • Open Groups: 4/week
  • Close Groups: 2/week
  • Weeks of Support: 5 weeks
