“What You Do Has A Far Greater Impact Than What You Say.”

You have made and broken promises. Sometimes you meant what you said in the moment, and other times we said things just to get others off of our backs. When our words don’t match our actions, we lose the trust of others. Actions speak to our words. What we actually do, speaks to what we truly value. Today, I will let my actions speak to my words. I will have patience for others who have lost trust and faith in me because my actions have not always lived up to our words. Today I will act in a way that is consistent with recovery and I will go to sleep at night feeling better about myself for the actions I’ve taken today.
