There is little evidence that admitting you are an alcoholic helps you to get sober. There are other ways to determine if you need help. Is your use problematic? Have people reached out to you expressing concern, while you try to convince them that you don’t have a problem?

Today, be bold. Take responsibility for the choices you have made that have created the problem and start speaking the language of change. You are not admitting defeat. You are choosing to go about life in a way that will increase happiness, peace and serenity.
