When we think we know, we probably don’t. The two most dangerous words in recovery are “I know.” In recovery, not knowing is a sign of openness and strength. Those who are enlightened are often the people most interested in learning. They admit that they haven’t “got this.” Today, I will demonstrate enlightenment in my ability to learn, grow, and be teachable. I will allow others to see the difference and changes in me and my actions, not by pushing others for recognition of my change and growth.
